Overview
The Teams integration allows users to:
- Chat with agents in 1:1 conversations
- Add agents to team channels
- @mention agents in group chats
Setup
Prerequisites
- Microsoft 365 admin access
- Teams admin center permissions
- Corral AI deployment completed
Installation Steps
- Navigate to Integrations → Microsoft Teams
- Click Connect to Teams
- Grant the required permissions
- Configure which agents to deploy
Bot Configuration
Customize how your agent appears in Teams:
